Shipping Policy

 

  • Shipping within New Zealand is included in the purchase of your product.
  • Items ship from Auckland, New Zealand using NZ Post and all packages are tracked. Items usually take 2-3 working days to be delivered, however we do not take responsibility for delayed delivery. 
  • We process orders within 24 hours during working days (We do not process orders on weekends and public holidays). 
  • Items are shipped 1-2 days after the order has been received and processed.
  • Pre ordered items are processed and shipped within 2 days of stock becoming available.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation email with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam box, or contact us for confirmation
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at driven3ddesign@gmail.com
  • We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
  • Please ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an error in address, we will refund the order (excluding any shipping costs), and ask that you resubmit your order.
  • If the product received by the customer has been damaged in transit due to the shipping company, please email us immediately at driven3ddesign@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged goods and we will organise a replacement.
  • Shipping to countries other than New Zealand requires contact with Driven3D through email at driven3ddesign@gmail.com as costs may be substantially higher.
